Here I&#8217;d like to take <a href=\"_wp_link_placeholder\" data-wplink-edit=\"true\">DiskGenius (old name PartitionGuru)<\/a> as an example to show the steps.<\/p>\n<p>1. Launch DiskGenius (old name PartitionGuru), right click the disk to be checked and select the item &#8220;Verify or Repair Bad Sectors &#8220;.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.diskgenius.com\/manual\/img\/check-repair-bad-sectors-01.png\" alt=\"check bad sectors\" width=\"496\" height=\"405\" \/><\/p>\n<p>2.
